DURECT Corporation (the “Company,” “DURECT,” “we,” “us” and “our”) is a biopharmaceutical company advancing novel and potentially lifesaving investigational therapies derived from our Epigenetic Regulator Program. Larsucosterol, a new chemical entity in clinical development, is the lead candidate in our Epigenetic Regulator Program.
