  • Our success depends in part on our proprietary technology, and if we fail to successfully obtain or enforce our intellectual property rights, our competitive position may be harmed.
  • Our inability to successfully identify, consummate and integrate current and future acquisitions and strategic investments or to realize anticipated cost savings and other benefits could adversely affect our business.

Legal proceedings

From time to time, we are subject to a variety of litigation and other legal proceedings and claims incidental to our business. Based upon our experience, current information and applicable law, we do not believe that these proceedings and claims will have a material adverse effect on our results of operations, financial condition or cash flows. However, in the event of unexpected further developments, it is possible that the ultimate resolution of these matters, or other similar matters, if unfavorable, may be materially adverse to our results of operations, financial condition or cash flows. For additional information, please see Note 12 to our consolidated financial statements.
