Neste Shipping Oy on Nesteen omistama tytäryhtiö, joka on erikoistunut raakaöljy-, öljytuote- ja kemikaalikuljetuksiin tankkereilla. Nesteen varustamo-osastosta omaksi yhtiökseen vuonna 2006 eriytetty Neste Shipping kuljetti 2010-luvun taitteessa vuosittain yli 40 miljoonaa tonnia, ja sen toiminta keskittyi lähinnä Itämerelle, Pohjanmerelle ja Pohjois-Atlantille. 2010-luvulla yhtiö luopui varustamotoiminnastaan ja myi vuonna 2013 kahdeksan alusta Huoltovarmuuskeskukselle ja työeläkeyhtiö Ilmariselle.
