Our first commercial product, XHANCE ® (fluticasone propionate) nasal spray, 93 microgram (mcg), is a therapeutic utilizing our proprietary Exhalation Delivery System™ (EDS ® ) that delivers a topically-acting corticosteroid for the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with and without nasal polyps. Chronic rhinosinusitis is a serious nasal inflammatory disease that is treated using therapies, such as intranasal steroids (INS), which have significant limitations.
