Panbela Therapeutics Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Panbela Research, Inc. Cancer Prevention Pharmaceuticals, LLC., and Cancer Prevention Pharma Limited (UK and Wales) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Cancer Prevention Pharmaceuticals Inc. The original business entity predecessor to our Company was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in 2011.
