Skydance TV is one of the three main divisions of Skydance Corporation that directly oversees the company's news and linear broadcasting and television programming, operating its ad-supported basic cable television channels and premium networks, online brands, and directly managing television production. Following the merger on October 6, 2026, it became the successor to the verticals of its predecessor entities, Paramount Skydance TV Media and Warner Bros. Discovery Global Linear Networks, with the inclusion of CBS Studios, Paramount Television Studios, and Warner Bros. Television Group into its structure, as well as the transfer of the properties of Home Box Office, Inc. to it.²
