Zuffa ( ZOO-fÉ™) is an American sports promotion company specializing in mixed martial arts and founded in 2001; the company is now a subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings (TKO) and is the legal owner of certain Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) properties following the merger of the UFC and WWE.
