We are a clinical stage global biopharmaceutical company developing novel oral small molecule therapeutics to treat a wide range of chronic diseases with unmet medical need. Our differentiated technology platform leverages both structure-based drug discovery and our expertise in computational chemistry to discover and develop small molecule therapeutics against G-protein coupled receptors (“GPCRs”). These important receptors regulate numerous and diverse physiological and pathological processes. In fact, approximately one in every three marketed medicines targets GPCR-associated pathways for the treatment of various metabolic, cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders. By leveraging our world-class GPCR know-how, we are designing differentiated small molecule therapies to overcome the limitations of biologics and peptide therapies that target this family of receptors.3 From its latest annual report
