The STOCK Act makes members report trades over $1,000 within 45 days, as a dollar range. We read 4,121 electronic reports; 751 more were filed on paper as scans, which we link to but can't read yet. "Vs. S&P 500" is a stock's move from the trade date to today minus the market's (11); a sale scores well when the stock then lagged. It measures timing, not profit: we don't know exact amounts or when positions were closed.
